1. Company History
Zihai Rubber Manufactory was established in 1995.
2. Brief Introduction of Company
a. Certificate: ISO 9001:2008, Environment Evaluation Certificate
b. Focus on producing inner tubes and flaps for 20 years.
c. More than 300 staff and workers, including 30 professional technicians. Factory covers 30, 000 square meters.
d. Product series: Agricultural vehicles tubes, truck tubes, light truck tubes, bus tubes, industrial forklift tubes, OTR tubes and tire flaps.

3. Our own Brand: Lupus, Luxin, Hengpu
4. Raw materials for tubes: natural rubber and butyl. Butyl is a very elastic and airtight synthetic rubber. Butyl has better heat resistance than natural rubber.
5. We import natural rubber from Thailand through agent in Thailand.
6. We have a factory providing ourselves with butyl.
7. Our Production Line of Tubes
Before extrusion, the basic material is forced through several filters under enormous pressure.
All tubes are inserted and inflated into a mold for the vulcanization process. Only this ensures an even wall thickness and high air retention.
A valve is bonded to the tube during the vulcanizing process.
All tubes are inflated and stored for 24 hours to test for air retention.
Afterwards, every tube is carefully checked individually by visual inspection. This special quality control prevents unpleasant surprises.
After that, each tube will be deflated and put a dust cap on.
To conclude, the whole production line is that
1) mix rubber
2) squeeze out(extrusion)
3) cut
4) joint two end and install valve
5) vulcanization
Quality Check:
24 hours gas tightness inspection; 100% (one by one) quality check
8. Package: carton box is available and need to be charged. It is about 5-6 RMB per carton box. The specific size of carton box is needed for the charge. It is fit for long ship travel.
Woven bag is free. Plastic bag is free. But if you need them to be printed for some particular kind of color or logo, let us know and we will ask the print plant whether charge or not.
9. Our Payment Terms: 30% deposit by TT in advance, 70% when we show the copy of B/L. If we cooperate well, we can discuss about the payment terms later.
10. Daily capacity: 20,000 pieces per day.
11. Delivery Time: Usually 15-20 days after received 30% deposit. The exact time depends on your order quantity.
12. OEM: We can make as per your Brand, Packing, Weight, Color and so on.
